ROJEN USA is run by a group of Japanese women who handle customer support and shipping tasks.

This stems from the desire of Japanese women to convey the unique spirit of hospitality, or "omotenashi, " to everyone, as well as from the personal experiences of the developer, Miho Nobusawa, who struggled to find employment in general businesses due to language barriers as an immigrant speaking English as a second language. Recognizing the challenges faced by Japanese women immigrants who may not speak English fluently and may find it difficult to express themselves, ROJEN USA aims to provide a platform where they can connect joyfully and happily with people who use ROJEN skincare, fostering enjoyable exchanges.

Additionally, ROJEN USA seeks to further promote the beauty of Japan to the wonderful people of America who love and support it, thus strengthening the bond between Japan and the United States through business development.

Since 2005, ROJEN JAPAN has been leading a movement to provide the finest organic anti-aging solutions to people worldwide. We sincerely appreciate your support for our small company. We import these products from Japan and ship them to our US customers. We cover shipping costs, which are typically higher than usual, as a gesture of love to our beautiful American customers.
